Dosing
The nomogram provides a starting dose to be fine-tuned based on reading on the gas monitor. It provides the pump rate at different minute volumes to give 0,5% agent concentration. If another concentration is desired just multiply the pump rate with a ratio in relation to 0,5%.
Nomogram

Required syringe pump rate to reach 0,5% agent concentration at different minute ventilation volumes.
